1. Agreement to Terms

Peace Infinite ("we," "our," or "us") is an independent digital service provider registered under Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) in the Republic of Indonesia.

• Basic Maintenance Services

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Client Service Agreements and Project Proposals provided upon engagement.

3. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Not interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Not use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission
• Respect all intellectual property rights displayed on the website

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, code, and overall presentation, is the property of Peace Infinite or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

Portfolio items displayed on this website may include work created for clients. Such displays are for demonstration purposes only and do not transfer any rights to visitors.

5. Project Engagements

For clients engaging our professional services:

• All projects are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement
• Project scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual Project Proposals
• A minimum deposit of 50% is required before work commences
• Full intellectual property transfer occurs only upon complete payment
• Change requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

6. Payment Terms

All fees quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the Project Proposal and Client Service Agreement.

Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is overdue by more than 14 calendar days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for issues arising from client misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party services, or force majeure events.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peace Infinite, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our website or services
• Content or materials you provide to us
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, pricing, client data, and project details.

Confidentiality obligations survive for three (3) years after the conclusion of any business relationship.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

For project engagements, termination terms are governed by the Client Service Agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
